888 Seventh Avenue

In addition to our LEED-EB accomplishments, Vornado Realty Trust proudly announces its first LEED-GOLD certification for the prebuilt Commercial Interior space on the 43rd floor of 888 Seventh Avenue. Features of this space include a lighting system with photovoltaic sensors, HVAC that is 35% more efficient than conventional equipment, and the diversion of 80% of construction waste to recycling facilities. The space is now home to Declaration Management and Research, and is a fine addition to our growing list of LEED-certified tenant spaces across the portfolio.
